The Rules:

     -General Rules

       1. Respect everyone in the Guild.

       2. Respect those that higher ranking than you.

       3. Help out our lower level members when they need it but do not let them use you as a crutch.

       4. Use your chain of command when you have a problem. Your chain of command is anyone of a higher rank than you that is the same class as you. If you are the highest ranking individual then you may approach the officers.

       5. This guild has a higher stnadard than all the other guilds out there. Do not do anything to bring discredit upon the Brigade.

       6. Be online and active at least one day a week.

       7. Have Fun and Stay Motivated.

 

     -Other Rules

       1. You will need to have Ventrilo installed and the add-on Omen3 installed. You can find Ventrilo at

The Ranks:

     - Recruit Ranks

       R-1 Private

       R-2 Private Second Class

       R-3 Private First Class

       R-4 Specialist

 

     - Leadership Ranks

       L-1 Sergeant

       L-2 Staff Sergeant

       L-3 Sergeant First Class

       L-4 First Sergeant

 

     - Officers

       O-1 Lieutenant

       O-2 Commander

 
The Promotion System:

     - Promotions are based on merit and chain of command recommendations. 
     - To become the rank of L-1 or above you must pass an interview by at least 3 members that are a higher rank than you, including one officer or one 1SG. You must do this for every rank you wish to gain.
     - To apply for an interview send an e-mail to one of the officers and we will set up and interview for you.
